Care Instructions
Do not leave your resin creations in direct sunlight - this may result in fading of colours/yellowing.
Do not sumerge your pieces in water - resin is water resistant not water proof.
Treat all pieces as ornamental - even the ashtrays!
Do not put out ciggarettes in resin ashtrays - will tarnish top layer, possible fire and all ashtrays are made for just ashes.
What are your payment options?
We currenty use PayPal as our payment option.
Please feel free to contact us if this would be an issue, and we could happily arrange bank transfer process.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping fees can be discussed with client and will then be agreed with artist, before invoicing and dispatching goods.
Safety
Please be aware that all the nightlights and light up resin pieces, do come with battery operated light packs. Batteries are dangerous. Please keep children safe.
What is your return policy?
As all items are mostly completely customised and handmade just to your specifcations, refunds are within 14 days and for an exceptional reason;

How long is delivery approximatly?
Resin can take 24-48hrs to cure. Per layer, so timings all depend on the piece, the amount of resin, amount of layer etc. As a rule of thumb, we will always attempt to get your order out to you within 5-7 working days.
